STUDIO POLICIES
New Clients
​
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class for studio Pulse introduction and to review and sign our liability waiver.
Returning Clients
​
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class for check in. Check in may be done on app or at front desk when you arrive
All Clients
​
Late arrival of 5 minutes past class start will not be admitted and loss of credit. This policy also applies to Thermal Cycle sessions to avoid disruptions to classes.
Grip socks are REQUIRED for safety and sanitary reasons. Grip socks will be available to purchase.
No show/ Cancellation policy

You will have 12 hours prior to cancel to avoid penalty. Penalty of late cancellation will result in loss of credit. Failure to show for registered class will also result in loss of credit.

Phone policy
Phone usage during class is prohibited. To avoid disruptions, please ensure phones are silenced and do not take any phone calls or photos/videos during class. In the case of an emergency, please step outside to take your call.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
All Memberships
​
All memberships are a 3 month commitment. 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation prior to commitment will result in an early termination fee.
Membership Holds/ Freezes
​
30 day notice is required for any memberships holds. A $25 hold fee will apply for each month. Holds are applicable for 1 month at a time. If a hold is needed for longer than 3 months for any medical reasons, a physicians note is required. For any cancellations following a hold, 30 day notice is required.
